Revelation 22:18. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
The Bible and the Puritan revolution
The British Puritan revolution of the 1600s brought a change in the way many British publishers handled the apocryphal material associated with the Bible. The Puritans used the standard of Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone) to determine which books would be included in the canon. The Westminster Confession of Faith, composed during the British Civil Wars (1642–1651), excluded the Apocrypha from the canon. The Confession provided the rationale for the exclusion: 'The books commonly called Apocrypha, not being of divine inspiration, Here we see man choosing what to believe in and taking away from what was already placed. they concluded it to be not part of the canon of the Scripture, and therefore are of no authority in the church of God, Thus, Bibles printed by English Protestants who separated from the Church of England began to exclude these books.
The White Protestants church took Scriptures out that was already vetted and started printing bibles without these are the books. But we know through Christ that they belong just by examining we see that in John 10:22. And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. 23.And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. How would you explain the feast of Dedication ( Hanukkah ) with out the Apocrypha.
